Established the head and neck cancer program at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, OK. After 6 years he transferred to Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.

He has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian in the state of Oklahoma since 2009 and also has over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership.

Tammy Cook has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for 30 years with a specialized interest in swallowing, speech and voice diagnostics and treatment.

Kelly has been a registered nurse since 2005. She started her career as a bedside nurse on a medical surgical floor, then advanced to Telemetry, Medical ICU, and NICU.

She then did her clinicals at St. John Ascension ENT where she stayed for three years before moving to OCSRI and now Advanced ENT with the opportunity to work with Dr. Mons again.

Melisa is the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced ENT. She loves bringing her experiences to work and enjoys learning and improving her knowledge and skills.

Julian is a member of the Front Office Staff at Advanced ENT. They are a customer service worker with three years of experience under their belt.

Daven is a Front Office Staff member at Advanced ENT. He is the second of Dr. Mons’ three children and has been working in hospitality and customer service since 2020.
